Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our growing team in Gwalior. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of safe, sustainable, and innovative structural systems for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

1. Perform structural analysis and design for RCC and steel structures.
2. Prepare detailed design reports, BOQs, and structural drawings.
3. Ensure structural integrity and compliance with IS codes and standards.
4. Collaborate with architects, MEP teams, and construction professionals.
5. Visit project sites for inspection and coordination during execution stages.
6. Use software tools such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, and Revit Structure.
7. Review and validate structural drawings and models.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
2. 2–6 years of relevant experience in structural design and analysis.
3. Proficient in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit is a plus.
4. Strong understanding of IS codes, detailing practices, and structural behavior.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Experience in project coordination and client interaction is preferred.
